چکیده
To extend plant benefits, three different concentrations of five Morinda citrifolia part was investigated on the collagen type II which is primary in human cartilage through expression genes, COL2A1, COL-II and COLL2 regions normal dermal fibroblasts by qRT-PCR method. The results showed that 1) cultured presence M. extracts produced many times more gene than control cells depending parts concentrations, 2) levels stimulated all fruit yields higher percentages leaves. Next, Morus alba leaf extract at a concentration expected to be precursor protein source for synthesis, working together with stimulation, added selected indicating high experiments. result various depended kind part. Therefore, fruits can benefit creation or without alba. further benefited product production both elderly young maintaining typical structure function skin, tendon, bone.

Oral treatment with 50 mg Kg(-1) day(-1) of crude methanol extract of Morinda citrifolia leaves for 14 days significantly increased the anti-oxidant enzymes, like catalase, glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and anti-oxidants like glutathione (GSH) and ascorbic acid decreased in lymphoma-bearing mice.

Efficacy of Morinda citrifolia L. leaf (MLE) and fruit extracts (MFE) in inhibiting lipoprotein lipase (LPL) was determined in vitro. The result of the study showed that the highest inhibition on the LPL activity was exhibited by MLE (66%+/- 2.1%), which is significantly higher than that demonstrated by MFE (54.5%+/- 2.5%), green tea extract (GTE) (54.5%+/- 2.6%), and catechin (43.6%+/- 6.1%). ...

This study evaluated the protective effects of Noni fruit juice on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl(4)) in female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Liver damage (micro-centrilobular necrosis) was observed in animals pretreated with 20% placebo (drinking water) + CCl(4). However, pretreatment with 20% Noni juice in drinking water + CCl(4) resulted in markedly decreased hepatotoxic...
